today was conditioning for OB. quite fun.

ran up and down the hill, pump and situps for 5 sets. then ran around the whole school for 2 times.

but after that u will feel tired though.

lol. lab work has been very fun this days though.

yesterday, while we were preparing spreading our dilutions on agar plates, the whole src blackout! quite dark and very sad though. cause all the incubator, freezer, refrigerator, centrifuge, sterile oven, electronic balance, hot plate all cannot work and this will definitely hamper the whole process.
